The Chef

Chef/Owner Steve Costanzo brings over 20 years of experience to the restaurant & catering business. He brings his passion and energy to create an eclectic and inviting menu and environment to Olio Restaurant in Stamford.

Chef Costanzo graduated from the New York Restaurant School and worked in many area restaurants including Baang, Long Ridge Tavern, and Quattro Pazzi (as Executive Chef).

Olio Restaurant is a casual fine dining neighborhood restaurant, offering new American cuisine and seasonal libations. Located on Hope Street, Olio is inviting and warm yet unique and innovative.
